Basic salon and would be ok for a quick nail appointment perhaps but for a massage and facial, you really want to feel relaxed at the end! Unfortunately, the entire time I was having my treatment all I could was the therapist’s conversation next door and the clock in my room loudly ticking. My therapist wouldn’t turn the lights down during my facial which was quite uncomfortable and when I got up I realised there was product all over my hair… quite disappointed
