Felt A+++ after my facial. Valentina was so helpful with answering all of my skin concerns, and overall she’s just a lovely person to chat to. I would recommend!

Julienne was very good and know what she is doing.
My only complaint is my treatment was so quick. I booked 10-11 60 min body massage and 11:15-11:45 facial.
Total 90 mins.
I arrived 9:50 am for my appt and shop were closed and Julienne arrived 10:12 was late for 15mins.
Reason is fine but when we started about 10:17 and we finished 11:35 this includes a 15mins break in between the massage and facial therefore my treatment is almost 70 mins only and not 90 mins in total??? sad
