Friendly therapist but the wax results were awful with lots of long hairs left on the lip area and buttocks, and too many to tweeze away at home! Also left with lots of wax still left on skin - lucky I was going straight home to wash it off. After 6 years of regular waxing, would say this is in bottom 10 on the list. :(
