The facial itself was - ok. Nothing mind blowing. The atmosphere was odd. Really strange choice of music (1920s jazz) and very dark. It was quite dingy and didn’t feel relaxing at all. The room itself was very small and there wasn’t anything relaxing about the venue. It wasn’t quite as nice as the images on treatwell. My therapist was nice - but call me traditional - I think beauty therapist should wear beautician/therapy uniform. No qualifications certificates anywhere either?
