My appointment time was changed without my consent on the evening before my set date which was quite surprising.
First impression is a dirty premises (window glass with xmass lights very dirty), the floor with black stains and fluff in corners. Manicure desks dusty and messy, glass separating on top of desks also not wiped. Toilet was a disaster! Sink and washing machine filthy (sorry but dirty is not a word). Massage room same, floor filthy! Massage was really nice though so I didn't complain.

The facial treatment was very pleasant (blackhead extraction excluded of course, who loves that?) and relaxing. Loved the smell of the products used and the firm yet gentle touch.
A piece of advice: a cushion underneath the knees so that legs stay slightly elevated would increase the comfort on the mat.

I had an “okay” overall experience here, but the wax itself was not good unfortunately. I was made to hold my skin for the whole procedure, which I’ve never done in the past (have had many a wax before). My hair has also grown back in a week, which tells me the waxing only took the hairs off at the surface and not to the root. The lady was really nice but I went in for a service and I’m really not satisfied with the results.
