Management double.booked my time and asked therapist to rush on my shellac hands to be able to do another person in the time of 2, having to postpone my shellac toes to another day and obviously recieve a very poor quality of nails and not pleasant moment. Also I paid for a group of 4 treatments offer and wasn't even asked to book the other 2, Beauticians were doing their best, and trying to be professionals, they were sweet and I was feeling bad for their lack of time and management actitud.

Jill was amazing, booked a block of sessions with her. Very attentive, made me feel so at ease. Environment was very clean. Even had a heated bed. Absolutely a perfect experience
