it is permanently closed! I went there and there is nothing. I bought there a package and I won't be able to use it. I sent email to manager and haven't received any reply.

The services and employees are great but really badly run salon by Management. I have pre-paid services to benefit from their discount and have been unable to schedule them for two months… they dont answer the phone, emails etc. Starting to look like a scam

Had a facial booked on July 14th, which got cancelled by Peachy Peel the same morning. I had pre-paid, so over text they said they would refund me, shared my bank details and haven't heard anything back since then. I tried e-mail/phone/text/Instagram, chased various times, and they have gone completely silent. Absolutely ridiculous! I shouldn't have to chase a refund in the first place. I had great experiences at Peachy Peel before, but this is outrageous and so disappointing!
