My therapist was Tukta and she was excellent. Discussed areas I wanted her to focus on which she did. She found a couple of really knotty areas I didnt know I had - painful but she got them out and I felt so much better for it.
I will be returning in a couple of weeks and booking 90mins rather than 60 ideally with Tukta as she really knows her stuff.
