Great massage, Paulo is really intuitive and very very good at what he does. Really appreciated having a mini consultation at the beginning to highlight problem areas, which he then worked on. Felt brand new afterwards! Will be recommending to friends and family.

I have known Paulo for several years and he is an outstanding masseur who always provides me with an incredible experience whenever I need his help.
This week I had a sore back after a stressful week at work so I booked an appointment. He has a very busy schedule but, considering I was in alot of discomfort, he was happy to squeeze me in (pun intended).
He used a combination of hot stone and deep tissue massage, which was out of this world! I was so impressed with Paulo’s ability to get the knots out of my back and that evening I left feeling young again.
I highly recommend his service and truly believe that he should be charging double for the quality that he provides. I don’t know how I’d survive without him - he’s my guardian angel.
After my first head massage yesterday I feel fantastic! I didn't want it to end. Paulo is so attentive and uses the perfect amount of pressure in all the right places to fully de-stress and smooth out those tension points. You can really tell that he knows his stuff! The massage was great value as well. I will definitely be returning. I am one very happy customer, and I'm sure you will be too. 5 stars :)
There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how fantastic my treatments have been with "Peace and Relax" - that being said, I'll try not to rant on.
My initial few treatments were straightforward Swedish massages - however there was nothing actually straightforward about them. Following a common technique and style, Paulo was still able to provide a unique and wonderful experience. As a keen runner and somebody who spends most of the day in front of a computer screen, my back and calves require a lot of attention - Paulo was able to work this into the massage whilst still providing a wholesome full-body massage. After the first treatment, I was hooked!
I have also had the Indian Head massage - again, holding a lot of stress from starring at a computer screen all day makes me a prime candidate for this one. Paulo is experienced in the ancient art of Indian Head massage and will float your worries away - I certainly have fallen asleep once... or twice!
Finally, the Hot Stone massage - fantastic for treating yourself to something a little extraordinary from time to time. Again, as with all other treatments, you can expect a rich and relaxing experience. The stones provide the perfect surface to transfer the heat to your body without causing discomfort - and Paulo is the perfect practitioner to carry this out.
All in all l I think its very clear that I'm a big fan and a regular. I have recommended Peace and Relax to colleagues and friends and will continue to promote Paulo as a massage therapist. Enjoy your treatment and remember... Peace and Relax.

I used to frequently suffer from neck & shoulder aches - not any more! Paulo's is attentive my needs, ensuring that the massage relieves my symptoms and I leave pain free. I love the peaceful ambiance of the therapy environment, allowing me totally relax and enjoy the experience. Thank you Paulo.
