Overall my experience was really tainted by the therapist removing her mask whilst doing my lashes, which made me very uncomfortable and unhappy considering how close you have to get to the customer whilst doing the lashes etc. In addition she also asked me to remove my mask to make it easier- I feel you should be able to work around wearing a mask and not have to remove it. Very unhappy with that service.

Friendly service, but I asked for just a tidy as I don’t have a lot of eyebrow hair… and ended up leaving with very thin brows that had been overdone. One was far worse than the other so I’ll walk around with crazy uneven brows for the next few weeks. Not satisfied.
