I am writing this because I am deeply upset with my recent haircut. Despite clear instructions about my hair type, I was given an unmanageable shape that is far too short. This was masked in the salon by a professional blow-dry, but at home, the cut is a disaster. It makes me feel miserable and I now have to wait many months, if not a year, for it to grow out and be able to fix it. I hope this encourages more attention to client instructions in the future.

I have been having my hair washed, cut and highlights for quite a few years now by Paolo. He always does my hair exactly how I want it and does it to a high standard. Always friendly and professional. He also does his best to attend to any requests I make at short notice.

Paulo was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted.
I asked for his opinion and to incorporate it into the cut, which he did.
He explained everything clearly and it completely made sense.
