Paulo is fantastic. He listened carefully to how I wanted my haircut and then gave me the perfect haircut. I also had a fantastic hair wash which included a mini head massage. Paolo put some conditioner on and allowed it to soak in for five or 10 minutes which has helped a condition my hair. Paula also made me a lovely cup of tea. I would thoroughly recommend.
