Absolutely incredible service I called up on Saturday morning first thing literally in tears after having what can only be described as the worst hair cut iv ever had or seen. The lady who I spoke to Louise was so kind and understanding and did her best to squeeze me in that day. All the staff were extremely helpful and my hair was so bad I don't think any of them have even seen a hair cut that bad but they went above and beyond to rectify my hair and would not let leave till I was happy and they were . My hair now looks incredible and would 100% recommend Paul's hair world to anybody thank you to all the lovely members of staff who helped make me feel confident in myself again. Like I said absolutely incredible service.

Staff were nice. I think I had Jade who was just lovely. Didn't look the cleanest considering my appt was first thing in the morning but overall will be coming back for all my extension needs :) so thank you!xx
I've had my hair done twice now at Pauls Hair World in Manchester Arndale and both times it was a lovely experience all staff are nice and friendly, they all make you feel welcome and are very professional. Hannah did my hair for me both times and she is great, so nice! My hair is fab and I'm so happy I found out about this place as I've had my extensions done elsewhere and not been happy! I'm over the moon with my hair and can't wait to go again!
