I had very bad experiences from the Paul's Hair and beauty world. I booked an appointment with them for a haircut and they called me to reschedule the appointment two times. Today was the latest agreed appointment and the staff named 'Jack ' was still absent. I waited for 20 mins and still the lady at reception said he might be on the way , we cannot get him on the phone.
You have to think twice booking an appointment with Jack. He himself rescheduled it two times last week. Furthermore, I had a similar experience last month and I thought this is quite accidentally but now repetition of the same experience made me realize that this is their routine.
The lady at the reception seemed not apologetic and seemed like you can wait if you want!! She was never sorry and pretended like it is a privilege !!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated about their service.
Do not recommend them at all.
