I was quite disappointed with the experience. First off it was shown on treatwell as being a special offer however even the special offer price was more than what the salon offer themselves - my fault for not checking that. The treatment was done downstairs in an odd, rather cramped space which did not have the feeling that it was for regular customer use. It felt a bit like being in a storage area. The treatment was done fairly quickly, only my top lashes were tinted and when I left and looked in the mirror there was a considerable amount of dye left around my eye area making it look as though I had fallen asleep in mascara. I had to buy some wipes to attempt to get it off. The next day, once I had managed to get the residue off, I noticed that one eye was darker than the other. Its nice to feel a bit pampered when you get a treatment done and this made me leave feeling the opposite, a mess.
