Very welcoming experience, the place was alive with chatter from when I arrived. Michelle was brilliant, I was unsure if the style I chose would suit me so she took time to discuss the different style options and agreed to cut my hair a little longer so that we could adjust the style gradually instead of going all in at the beginning. She was very patient and friendly. The style was done brilliantly and I absolutely love it. Thank you

The place was very nice, clean, but somewhat chaotic. Steffi helped me, and she was great. She was very friendly and really cared about my opinion. As a man with medium-long hair, I am always afraid that I will end up in the 'in-between phase' after a haircut. Steffi sensed that and she really did her best to cut me according to my preferences. The end result was exactly what I wanted!
