The place was very nice, clean, but somewhat chaotic. Steffi helped me, and she was great. She was very friendly and really cared about my opinion. As a man with medium-long hair, I am always afraid that I will end up in the 'in-between phase' after a haircut. Steffi sensed that and she really did her best to cut me according to my preferences. The end result was exactly what I wanted!
