Chloe was lovely, did a really good haircut on difficult thick, long hair, thank you.
Could have been a bit prompter (I was waiting for over 20 mins, it wasn't busy) and I didn't feel especially welcomed by other staff - ie, I wasnt offered a cup of tea/coffee, when all the other customers were, which was especially disappointing as I was being kept waiting.
As I said, haircut was good and reasonably priced.

The staff at the salon were lovely, it was a detailed consultation and Paul was extremely knowledgable. I felt welcome and chatted with both staff and other clients throughout my appointment. My hair was fantastic exactly what I had been looking for, although possibly not explaining well, so I was delighted at the result. I will be using the salon and Paul again and would highly recommend both.
