Paul was amazing as always and very attentive. Chemical straightening is a pretty long and complex process so it's always nice to know you have someone experienced taking care of you. All of the staff were really friendly, welcoming and professional.

Paul was brilliant! Told him I'd only come in for a quick cut, but after he asked me a few more questions, he'd picked up on exactly what I didn't like about my hair, recommended a solution and I'm so happy with the result. A friendly stylist who genuinely cares :)
