You need to know exactly what you want. This was my first trip to a new hairdresser, and I'm used to having a vague idea of what I want done and letting the hairdresser take it from there. However here, they really need you to have an exact picture. I asked to go blonde and although my hair looked great when I left the salon, once the curls came out I realised my hair is actually bright yellow.... I was in for a cut as well, but barely any length has been taken off.

I had never been to this salon before, but felt nice & relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. my appointment was with Chloe who was brilliant! went in with bad badly cut hair & Chloe transformed my thick unruly hair to smooth & sleek, she was very attentive, letting you know everything she was doing as she went & she gave me lots of tips . I would highly recommend giving her a visit. the salon is great & the people make you feel really welcome a great bunch. I have already booked my next visit
