Customer service poor, language barrier terrible.. paid online for a full body massage and called to confirm and left my name for next day session. On arrival they categorically refused to massage me because the date was wrong even though 3 massues were seated doing nothing.been customer for 3 years and have realized their massage services decline. They wanted me to repay another £50 but declined and went to another massage which was infact cheaper and services spectacular. Won't be returning
Sunny was so great! She was so understanding and did a softer version for me and made sure I was okay throughout. It was a relaxing experience, and she was 10/10 - I will be back :)
This was the worst massage I have ever had. The therapist forgot to massage part of my back, used extremely weak pressure even after I clearly asked for medium-strong, and seemed completely uninterested. She was yawning most of the time, burped when I walked in, and then ended my session 17 minutes early because she had another client. I paid for a full massage and did not receive it. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
