Nana was able to release tension particularly in my back and shoulders, after serious illness and rebuilding muscle I needed to have a strong massage which she provided, checking that the firmness was not too uncomfortable, as they say, no pain, no gain. Very friendly and chatty, I would recommend Nana to anyone looking for a professional massage.
