Nana was very welcoming on arrival. When she was about to start massage she double checked what sort of massage I wanted...... a deep/hard or medium massage? She also kept asking every now and then if everything was to my liking?
Customer service poor, language barrier terrible.. paid online for a full body massage and called to confirm and left my name for next day session. On arrival they categorically refused to massage me because the date was wrong even though 3 massues were seated doing nothing.been customer for 3 years and have realized their massage services decline. They wanted me to repay another £50 but declined and went to another massage which was infact cheaper and services spectacular. Won't be returning
