I was running late and called in advance to tell them this and they said it was perfectly fine.
When I turned up, the first woman who served me, barked and demanded what kind of blow dry I wanted. Since I had washed my hair that morning, I didn't want to wash it again, and I asked for a dry blow dry, she seemed annoyed and didnt offer me a drink or speak to me the entire process. Until finally her colleague asked her in Italian whether I had been offered anything.
The blowdry itself was a weak attempt. If she thought that the style would have held better after being wet, she should have told me. Poor communication and even worse service.
