Jinal really is the best out there! Going for a wax after you haven’t been in a while (or for the first time) is always a bit daunting, but all that falls away when you’re with jinal. It’s a gentle, relaxing experience and the least painful (hollywood) wax I’ve had. Jinal is an incredibly warm and kind person and truly makes her clients feel at ease and welcome. Pair that with her expertise and it’s a 10/10 experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Not the best experience although the staff were really nice. Shellac polish was filed off my toes and also filed the skin around my toenail causing a cut which bled and then had acetone rubbed in it. Shellac polish wasn’t fully removed so I had to remove the rest myself when I got home.
