The shop had a very damp smell and was really hot, no air con. There was a tower fan in the corner of the treatment room but it was on the floor so didn't blow any air at the treatment bed height.
I had the lvl lash lift, the therapist noticeably struggled with getting my lashes to stick as they are short. I wasn't offered a mirror to see the results and my lashes were completely stuck to my eyelids when I got home where the glue wasn't removed from my eyelids. Not a great experience.
