Happy with the treatment. The lady doing it was lovely. I did have to ask to do a specific area at the end that was written in the notes, but that was fine.
The lady at the end who I paid to was very pushy on trying to get me to book another appointment. Probably one of the most pushy people I have seen when paying at a till.
All round happy with the experience, just would like not being forced into paying for another treatment at the end.

I went for a £76 PRP facial and, despite the low price, was shocked by the lack of hygiene. The clinic opened late, floors were dirty, and I was asked to sign a waiver before treatment. The therapist was friendly but seemed inexperienced, cleaning my face with wet wipes reused to remove numbing cream. The microneedling felt overly harsh, and my face is still burning two days later.
