The customer service was great and the lady was absolutely lovely. The leg and underarm waxing were good but Hollywood wax wasn’t the best. The wax wasn’t completely removed so I had to shower and remove/cut out the wax when I got home. Unfortunately there were some patches of hair left after the Hollywood wax too.

I am local but never used this service , so I decided to pop in for facial threading. I was greeted by a friendly therapist who attended to me straight away. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. The Therapist hands were very gentle so I didn’t feel pain or burning sensation.
