I recently had my eyebrow micropigmentation treatment done by Payal, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my preferences, assess my face shape, and suggest the perfect brow style for me. Throughout the procedure, she was gentle, professional, and explained every step, which made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and precision are truly impressive — my brows look natural, symmetrical, and beautifully defined.

She cut one of my toe nails at a 35 degree angle for no reason. The polish was very messy and she didn't buff the nails so I'm basically going to have to redo most of it. I heard her rinsing the tools but didn't see any evidence of cleaning solution. I really would prefer to see evidence of them being disinfected between clients so I'm a bit scared as I'm immune suppressed.
