Unfortunately not great from the start, very blunt and gave of the impression she didn’t want to be there no music either. Getting onto my hair before she even started cutting already started saying my hair won’t be straight because I have layers, and after asking her to cut a little more my hair was not even on both sides. At this point proceded to argue with me that her chart on my shoulders was showing it was straight but you could very clearly see it wasn’t. Disappointing
