The clinic cancelled my appointment 2 hours before my scheduled time. They pressured me to accept a voucher instead of refund. I couldn’t use the voucher so I have requested a refund. It has been over a month and I have not received my £111 for a service I paid for but did not receive. They are now ignoring my messages and calls. STAY AWAY from this scammy business!!
