Isha who served me today apparently was friendly. I asked her before getting facial donw that how long ihas she been working here. She proudly told mw that its been 2 years and she used to work in Ridhis at liver pool and patel sisters is actually Ridhi’s branch, i was excited to know that and I got my hydra facial and skin tightening done really unhappy with the service as I got bruises on my face. I was in tears when she was doung suction and i told her as well and she said as she emptied the bottle taht is why it is sucking so hard, instead of stopping she kwpt on sucking. At the end when i saw my face it was all bruised. I requested her before leaving the premises to send me my before and after pictures she did not send me even after the text reminders. Really disappointed as my skin was clear and went to have facial to get a clearer skin but ended up having bruises on my face i have the pictures and dont mind sharing it if you guys want to see. So please please don’t use their services. Not going to go there or to RIDHI again
