Payal is very professional but very easy to talk to and communicates throughout the treatment 24/7 and makes one feel very comfortable if there are any concerns. I did the Profhilo (skin quality treatment) for pigmentation. The Profhilo is given as a set of 5 injections on each side of the face and this actually covers your whole face and when it starts working, it’s amazing. The skin is glowing and looks fresher and fuller. I can’t believe how brilliant this treatment is and would advise anyone considering it to have a consultation. The results are fantastic. It does take years off your age.My pigmentation was really bad due to exposure to the sun without using sunblock and I was always using thick layer of foundation to cover the face. In a month I started seeing results and in 8 weeks my skin was evenly toned and the pigmentation starting clearing. I can actually get away without foundation. It’s a long process but I am over the moon with the results and feel so confident in myself. Anyone in any doubt I am happy to talk to you personally about my experience and journey with the treatments. Thank you Payal for changing my life.

Very happy with the wax, my skin is super soft and didn’t get any red spots afterwards.
The beautician has a good technique, I usually find waxing painful but she almost made it pain free - disclaimer pain is related to the length of your hair, shorter is best. Definitely I’ll go back when in London.
