I had a disappointing experience overall. The two girls who assisted me were lovely and did their best, but unfortunately, I was very unhappy with my hair colour. It was not the colour I had asked for, and my scalp was burning during the process. When I mentioned the burning, it was not properly checked, which was concerning.
The blow-drying was also very uncomfortable because my hair was exposed to high heat for quite a long time.
Unfortunately, my manicure and pedicure were disappointing as
