It was genuinely a bad experience. I wish I could say it was okay because the lady was very sweet, but the place was super unclean (she didn’t even provide me with wet wipes at the beginning to clean myself), the wax was painful and slow, and more frustratingly, despite making a reservation via the app, they told me to come back an hour later because they were running over time. I’m unsure where the positive reviews are coming from, but I would be weary about spending £30 here for a wax.

this place is a gem! My skin was dull, tired and lacked radiance. During my consultatio,Jinal took the time to explain what was best suited for my skin and answered all my questions. She was very professional, helpful and reassuring. I had the Hydrafacial and Prohfilo treatment and I cannot believe the results! This was definitely the best decision I made. If you are looking to invest in yourself, do it with Jinal. You won't be disappointed!!!
