Arrived at 10am. Store closed. Treatment started at 10.15 finished at 10.45. Only 30 minutes meant to be an hour. The facial - cleansing, exfoliation, massage whilst good was not relaxing - rather hurried. It was not a calming space to be as loud conversation from outside filtered through. The young women are pleasant. Been there last year enjoyed. this time disappointed. Did raise it but they did not offer any compensation hence only paid for single treatment as against set of three.
