Really nice ambience, very good staff. Great level of service. The only thing is that treatwell said I would be charged £5, whereas I was charged £8 instead.

I never usually leave bad reviews but I'm quite disappointed. I do feel really bad because the know the woman working there is new, but firstly she asked me if I wanted the upper lip threaded and I said no. then she proceeded to do the eyebrow thread and tint. I asked her to make sure my eyebrows were not too dark because of my fair hair and skin. I have left the salon feeling like I look stupid because my eyebrows are so dark. when she finished she asked again if I want my upper lip threaded saying "it looks not nice". if I wanted another service I would have booked it and I think it's rude to tell a stranger that they look bad. if this is your salons attempt to "upsell" me then it failed terribly and I won't be coming back because I felt so uncomfortable with being told what I need to get to "look good". my hair is extremely fair you can hardly even see my lip hair. I think it was really rude.
