I was hesitant to write this, as I don't like leaving negative feedback. But - when I arrived I wasn't asked what I'd like doing to my hair, no conversation about what I was after, instead I was lead directly to the basin. The lady didn't even ask my name... Then, after sitting, I asked for a trim, and for long layers to be put through, which the stylist said I wouldn't want through the top, as it was too thick... (which she then contradicted later). I explained my hair is naturally curly, and my fringe would curl - and might need a strong pull (to make straight when drying). The stylist went to put serum on my hair, and my fringe was in two big curls on my forehead. I asked if I could do it myself, and she said "I'm just like that myself, I have to dry my fringe when someone does my hair." well... You're a hairdresser. I'm not.
That would all be fine, if my hair didn't look like it had been cut with a knife and fork. It's awful, and I'll be going somewhere else to have it fixed.
When I left, I turned to see the stylist making a rude face behind my back. What a shame.
Suffice to say, I won't be going back.

Definitely the cheapest service in chiswick, but no atmosphere/music and staff not very welcoming. Leg waxing was ok, but one area was missed. Lip waxing damaged my skin as it either burnt/peeled the top skin layer on 2 small area.
