Had a dry haircut here yesterday and today had to go to a different salon to fix the damage caused.
I was booked for 5pm but another customer had booked a mani-pedi at 5pm, and since there was only 1 stylist in the salon to see both of us, I was left waiting 20 minutes. No face mask was worn by the stylist. I requested a trim with minimal length removal. I received an uneven and butchered cut. The stylist who fixed it today was shocked and said it looked like it had been hacked at with a razer

The centre was closed and they did not respond when I called. Surprised they still seemed available via Treatwell when they clearly were not. Waste of time.

Ended up with a bruised head following hair cut and treatment due to lack of support on sink and rough handling, hair has not been cut properly and now requires a further expense. Very disappointed
