Not impressed by the wax at all. I'm a monthly wax and have been for years, could tell right away she didn't know what she was doing.Poor technique and messy with the wax, using the wrong wax for a Hollywood too. Had wax left on me still as I left. Not friendly/welcoming on arrival either. Have been twice and both times poor service. Will not return and not recommend.

Felt very unwanted from the moment I walked in. No toilet for customers to use, manicure wasn’t a manicure as I’d only paid for removal and repolish. Fine, I hadn’t expected cuticles done, but she didn’t even file my (very uneven) nails until I asked (I offered to pay more), very limited colour choice. And the colour I chose wasn’t there. My second choice- what I thought was mint green turned out to be very transparent, and she complained bitterly when I asked for a third coat. It needs 4.
