5 minutes before my appointment the salon rang me to say they were running 30-40 minutes behind. I explained I couldn’t sit and wait for this long and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled for the following day - the salon were unable to accommodate and now I have paid for a service I have not received. Very disappointed - would not recommend at all

Appointment booked, money debited...shop closed!
My first impression was good when i went there last xmas for the first time. Booked again through the app, unfortunately the shop was closed when i turned up last night, called, emailed...no answer! Full amount has been debited from my credit card!!!! No sure how to get my money back now?!

Stay well clear! She didn't know what I was asking for when I used standard terms that every other stylist I have been to understands. Would only cut from a middle parting despite asling for a side parting. Cut feather when I asked for subtle shaping ime. The bottom corner being rounded and softened at the front. Also yanked my hair and burnt my head during blowdry. It was done by the owner - there's no way she has any training as a hairdresser. She refused a refund.
