The place was a basement underneath a corner store, this was not the problem. The waxing table was covered by a dirty plastic wrap which made me feel like I was in a body bag. The door was OPEN throughout the whole wax! It was a struggle to get privacy before and after the wax when undressing and redressing. Then she proceeds to charge me extra because she "waxed more" but yet the job was terrible. I had patches of hair everywhere. All of the machines were so unsanitary - 0 stars

Booking was super easy, warmly welcomed and did my deep clean facial. Only thing is, doing my facial finished in 30 mins which is 15 mins earlier than expected. But results were good and happy about it over all.
