I booked my appointment for wash/haircut, manicure, and eyebrow threading. Upon my arrival, staff had no idea I had an appointment. I received a lovely haircut with layers (but not the wash I paid for). And I wound up not getting my shellac manicure or eyebrow threading like I paid for. I wound up telling the staff I could come back another day when they aren’t as busy, but they never followed up with me. I’m quite disappointed and hoping to get partially refunded for the other services

Disastrous boys haircut unfortunately- had to stop midway through and go elsewhere in the end! Perhaps better not to offer boys services at all. Friendly staff, but I regret being tempted by the low prices!
