I’ve had a lash lift many times and this by far was my worst experience. The treatment is done in the main room which is not relaxing considering you have to sit on a chair by the front door and all you can hear for 45 minutes is the blow dryer. The lash lady was lovely but clearly not very experienced with dealing with thick eyelashes. She got glue stuck in my lashes and had to use tweezers to remove it from the root of my lashes, which tugged them and obviously really hurt. She didn’t explain what she was doing and would just go off to do other things and seemed very distracted. This meant that a 45 minute treatment took over an hour. I wasn’t pleased with the overall look as they barely seemed lifted. Overall I would not recommend this salon for a eyelash lift.
Honestly, I struggle to adequately describe this experience. I arrived and was asked to sit down on a small chair in the middle of the salon right next to the door, asked to slide down (it was NOT a slide down chair), asked what type of lift I wanted (didn’t know as I never had that treatment before) so she chose a ‘natural lift’ and I was asked to open eyes.
20 mins or so, my eyes are burning terribly from the tint getting in and the lady hands me a wet towel and just says “that‘s normal. It will pass”.
There was NO LIFT whatsoever, natural or not, on my lashes. For £40, this was honestly the most overpriced (and painful) eyelash tint I ever had. I will NOT be back and I will NOT pay this ridiculous price for the most ineffective treatment ever again.
