I had to wait around 35 minutes before being seen. When my appt did begin, the stylist was attending to me and another customer at the same time, which made the experience feel rushed and lacking in attention. The appt was scheduled for 45 mins, but only 25 mins were spent on my hair, including wash. Wasn’t asked about styling or shown the back of my hair. End result was a messy blow dry. Overall experience felt hurried and not particularly enjoyable.

Pashke did such a wonderful job, I feel like a princess! 🥰 The style was exactly how I wanted it and I would not hesitate to recommend any wavy hairstyle or updo from her. She took her time and is also very friendly.
