Didn’t appreciate the surcharge - I booked a dry haircut for 35 and ended up with a 80 bill cos I asked for the beard style

Although I booked in advance, the barber was confused when I arrived and tried to make me walk to another shop rather than the shop I had booked (as most convenient for me)
