made a mistake in my booking , booking for a time that already past, instead of the next day. the barber said he called me to clarify - he did not.
I then rebooked for a different location (bank) . the booking was accepted. the barber said he couldn't see me, and told me to go walk to the other barber shop.
hair cut was ok, but not 70pounds worth. he also tried to sell me an overpriced hair oil. which he could have offered for free - since I paided 140 altogether....

I got overcharged, I had prepaid my haircut on treatwell and asked to get my ears waxed. I was told it's extra cost but then got asked for £20 at the end for it, previous times it's been 5 I think..
