Kai was terrific, totally delivered on what I asked for, and quickly too. Explained every step and how my hair would sit, so it could be styled the way I want to. My first time here, but will definitely be coming back.

Best haircut of my life. I’ve been coming here for a while to get my hair cut but Kai went above and beyond today. Very friendly and amazing experience - I will definitely be coming back.

Booked for 30 mins, got told I was done after 10 mins and no modifications can be done and that I should leave. One of the worst services received. Also got marked as a no-show-up although my bank statement can prove I was there and paid.
I will not return and would not recommend. You should try to train your stuff to not hurry and at least provide a better experience for customer. We had 20 mins left on the booking, was it hard to help with a minor request?
