I booked online for 11.30.
Received a call from the barber at 11.30.
Told him I was a couple of minutes away. Arrived at 11.33 to find barber was cutting someone else’s hair. Waited 15 minutes and then had my haircut. Barber’s explanation was that I was five minutes late
I had signed up for clipper cut. Barber asked if I preferred scissors on top. I said yes. When I came to pay that cost me an extra £10 versus what I had signed up for online
