Paru's is a good place to go if you need a regular massage for health reasons, personally I couldn't quite switch off as the owner was short staffed and had to go out to take a phone call, plus I could hear the neighbours upstairs talking the whole time I was in treatment, so felt like I was in someone's house. The actual massage itself was firm and some interesting techniques were used.
